Tractatus de Sphaera (2019) reflects on the complexities of the human subconscious portrayed by Comte de Lautréamont in his book Les Chants de Maldoror (1868-69). The style and conceptual ideas in the text became foundational to the surrealist doctrine and influenced generations of artists, writers and filmmakers, which was largely due to the “objective chance” idea in a passage, which encapsulates the core of the surrealist principle, “the juxtaposition of two completely alien realities that challenges the audiences’ preconditioned perception of reality.”
